In our study we presented two cases with severe haemolitical crisis. There were two unrelated male children. One boy was 4,5 years old and the other one was 8 years old. Both boys had consumed broad bean two days before admission to hospital. On admission the haemoglobin of the younger boy was 61 g/l, and of the elder one it was 55 g/l. Both patients were treated with blood transfusion. This is the first reported favisam in Timok region.
