Summary: How we lasting years confronted with falling of number of voluntary blood donors, and increased necessity for blood and her derivates, we look for consideration of momentary situation and discovery a new solution. Imperative is to total voluntary donation be greater then 4 % on country level. Aim of work was been to analyze voluntary donation in H.C. Zaječar in departments and educational structures, and total valuation of donation on total number of workers. We was usefuled by method of statistical analysis. In last five years totally is taken 11.815 unites of blood from 153 blood donors, from 40 doctors, 86 hospital nurses and technicians and 27 nonmedical workers. It is realized over 9 % of donation. We can concluding that H.C. Zaječar belong to work organisation who have well developed voluntary blood donation. If we analysing by departments, we concluding that some departments with bigger numbers of workers have little donations, and we here finding space for increased numbers of donors. With inclusion in voluntary donation healthy, young, new workers will increased number of donations, and this good results will be more better. Key words: voluntary blood donation, H.C.
