| Summary: Ectopic (iliac) kidney was found on the right side during the clinical evaluation of the chronic abdomen pain of a thirteen-year-old girl. At the same time, there was no evidence of any related anomalies (genitourinary, skeletal, cardiovascular or gastrointestinal system). The existence of these anomalies in children, according to the degree of apparent clinical findings, should induce and obligate clinical examination doctors to be highly cautions while carrying out and interpreting diagnostic and especially therapy procedures.
